Terms of service
These terms explain how D9ai accounts, wallets and packages work. Please read them together with the risk disclosure.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and use your own Uganda mobile number. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. D9ai may suspend or block accounts to protect customers, comply with law, or investigate suspected fraud.
2. Deposits
Deposits are made only through Airtel Money or MTN Mobile Money using the D9ai payment reference shown on your deposit page. Your wallet is credited only after the payment is verified. Payments without a matching reference or with incorrect details may take longer to verify or may be returned.
3. Packages
Each package has a price, daily return amount, and cycle length shown before purchase. Purchases use deposited funds first, then available funds. Referral rewards cannot be used for purchases. Purchase limits, availability and terms are shown before you confirm. Day-one returns are credited immediately on purchase; later daily returns are credited at 24-hour intervals for the package cycle.
4. Package returns
Daily credits follow the amount saved with each purchased package. The first credit is posted at purchase, followed by credits every 24 hours until the saved cycle is complete. Account credits do not guarantee immediate cash payment or eliminate financial risk.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid only to the registered Airtel Money or MTN Mobile Money number. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn; package returns and referral rewards are withdrawn separately. Requests must meet the schedule, limits and account checks in force at the time. The requested amount is reserved in your wallet until it is paid, rejected or cancelled.
6. Referrals
Referral commissions are funded by D9ai and calculated as a percentage of each eligible package price paid by a directly referred customer, including repeat purchases. Current rates are published on the Referrals page. Rewards are held in a separate referral wallet, cannot be used to buy packages, and are withdrawn separately. Referral cashout requires at least 10 distinct direct referrals with currently active packages. The referred customer must complete an eligible package purchase. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and shared-device abuse are not allowed. Eligible commissions are credited automatically, subject to the configured referral and fraud checks.
7. Records
D9ai keeps a permanent, immutable record of wallet transactions, payment data and status changes for regulatory, audit and dispute purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your dashboard before they take effect. Packages already purchased keep the terms recorded at purchase.
